Best comfortable sleep in a long time.

It is actually better than expected. Very easy to order on line. Have a weak neck and low back - but no more pain when I wake up in the morning. I had ordered another Brand on line years ago......but it was way too hard. Gave it to a family member that likes Hard Mattress.

Best gift I ever gave!

I purchased a Nolah mattress for my mother. She recently had hip replacement surgery and over the past several months has developed osteoarthritis as well. While I was visiting her to help her recover from the hip replacement, she complained that all the mattresses in the house caused her a lot of pain, and she was sleeping in a recliner. I started doing research on a mattress that would provide pressure relief for her joints and provide a better sleep experience to help her recover and generally reduce her arthritis pain. I came across Nolah and decided to order one. My mother HATES people spending money on her. She was at first very upset that I had bought a mattress for her (and tried to talk me in to cancelling the order). But after it arrived and I got it set up for her, she started using it, and the complaints have dried up. She admits that it is much better than anything she's used before, that she's getting MUCH better rest, and that her pain is significantly improved. I am working with her on other strategies to help with her arthritis pain, but her new Nolah mattress has been an integral part of her pain management. Thank you so much for your product!

A dream for my back

I’ve had back issues since I can remember, we swapped this out from our old mattress when we moved and it has been a serious game changer. It lets my hips dip when I’m on my side but supports my back, I don’t wake up barely being able to move from being stiff. It’s been an absolute dream. Keeps us both cool, I don’t feel my partner rolling around when he can’t sleep, which is another plus. Cannot recommend it enough.

No more hip pain!

I was nervous after my purchase because I wasn’t able to try it in the store and then nervous again after opening it because it did not seem as fluffy as my last mattress (pillow top). After the first sleep, I noticed upon getting out of bed not feeling hip pain! I thought must be just a fluke right?! NOPE! Over 30 days later still no hip pain upon waking and I am sleeping (not tossing) like never before. I can’t tell you how much better my sleep is! Seriously it’s just that good!

No, you do not need a box spring or foundation for the Nolah Original 10" mattress.

Nolah is designed to work with any firm flat surface and can, though not recommended, be placed directly on the floor.

Below are the best options to support you Nolah mattress:
- The Nolah Adjustable Bases
- A solid platform
- A solid box spring/foundation
- A traditional soft box spring with Bunkie board on top
- A slatted base with slats no more than 4” apart

After you purchased your Nolah mattress, you have up to 120 nights to test it in the comfort of our own home. If you do not like it after the initial 30-night break-in period, you can choose to return it up until the 120th night.

Returns are not possible within the initial 30-night break-in period or after the 120th night trial period.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Submit request: Return request must be submitted at support@nolahmattress.com. Return requests can’t be accepted over phone or live chat, only through email.

2. Return initiated: When we receive your return request, a member of our support team will get back to you and guide you through the process below.

3. Pickup scheduling: We’ll try to find a local charity to send a driver to pick up the mattress for donation. If no local charity accepts mattress, we’ll try to send a junk hauler or recycling company to remove the mattress for disposal or recycling.

Setting up the Nolah Original 10" mattress is easy and can be done in 10-15 minutes.

We recommend being two people to carry the box into the room where you’ll set it up. After that, there are four easy steps to follow before your Nolah mattress is set up and ready to use.

SET UP PROCESS
1. Unbox: After bringing the box to the room where you’ll set it up, gently lay the box on its side and pull out the Nolah mattress.

2. Position: With the mattress still rolled up, position it on your bed, box spring/foundation or any flat/slatted surface.

3. Unwrap: Remove the outer wrapping and carefully cut the inner wrapping without cutting into the mattress cover.

4. Ready: Watch the mattress in a heartbeat. Any wrinkles on the cover will soon disappear, and you can sleep on your Nolah right now!

Note: We recommend letting the mattress air out for a couple of hours before putting sheets on. This will help any initial off-gassing to disappear faster.
