After you purchased your Nolah pillow, you have up to 120 nights to test it in the comfort of our own home. If you do not like it after the initial 30-night break-in period, you can choose to return it up until the 120th night.
 
Returns are not possible within the initial 30-night break-in period or after the 120th night trial period.
 
If you wish to return your mattress, please email us at support@nolahmattress.com after completing the initial 30-night break-in period and before the 120th night after purchase.
 
RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit request: Return request must be submitted at support@nolahmattress.com. Return requests can’t be accepted over phone or live chat, only through email.
 
2. Return initiated: When we receive your return request, a member of our support team will get back to you and guide you through the process below.
 
3. UPS return label: We’ll send you a pre-paid printable UPS return label that you can use to ship back the pillow to Nolah Sleep. We recommend using the original shipping box that came with the pillow.
 
4. Refund: When the pillow has been received, we’ll process your refund in full in 2-3 business days and email you a Refund Notification.
